I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how please we are with our SQA-V Semen Analyzer. It has standardized counting between testing personnel and I feel more confident in our patient results that are reported from this laboratory. We utilize all the features that are offered on it and have found it to be useful to store patient information.
I appreciate that Eric Carver at Medical Electronic Systems keeps me updated and informed on proficiency testing as well as any other new information needed. The whole staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
The instrument has been extremely reliable and we have experienced very minimal downtime. MES makes it easy to return the instrument via shipping for repairs or preventative maintenance.
The laboratory staff here would be extremely disappointed if that instrument were to be removed from this laboratory!
