Dear MES company,

I have been with MES over the last 10 years. I have only positive things to say about this company. Beginning with great tech service and outstanding follow ups, I highly recommend this company to any clinical laboratory.

Recently, we had an issues with our loaner since we needed a PM on our current one. After contacting service, another was shipped out and received just days later with calls made to me for follow ups.

The MES sperm instrument works all the time with hardly any issues and is a great little instrument I can count on. Furthermore, unlike other companies, the account manager routinely checks in to see how things are going and if we need anything.

Again, such a great pleasant company to work with that I know I can always count on.
