To whom it may concern,
It has been very beneficial to work with the SQA-Vision for semen analysis testing at our facility. We have been able to standardized patient reporting and greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to finalize testing. Our staff have also really appreciated the reliable qc and ease of use with the instrument.
MES has been extremely helpful with all of our needs, whether it be questions or service issues. Our account manager is always checking in to see if we need anything or have any issues with the instrument. Rarely do we have downtime and when we did have an issue service was quick to send a loaner so we could get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
I would highly recommend MES, especially the SQA-Vision, for your fertility testing needs.
